Tommy's Express(r) Car Wash

Went to Tommy's based on it being one of the only washes that doesn't use harmful plastic brushes. Such brushes will leave scratches on the finish. However, the materials on their brushes are soft towel material. Needless to say, I'm happy with that. The price is not bad either. You'll need to pay an extra 5 bucks for a towel but the the package comes with plenty of little products for your ride such as air-fresheners, glass wipe, cleaning wipe, microfiber towel, and a hand sanitary wipe (nice touch). The only reason why I docked a star was the weak vacuum cleaners (and thats being critical). Nevertheless, this place is pretty good and well organized.

I have been going to this car wash for several months. I haven't had a problem till my last visit. My car came out with marks on the trunk. I showed them to the GM right away. He insisted there was no way his machines could have produced these marks. I simply requested that he had someone that he could have buff out the marks. He took NO responsibility for any of it. Then he asked the car right next to me if they had any marks. That car had issues as well. They take NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY OF THEIR EQUIPMENT DAMAGE TO A VEHICLE!

We went here to get a car wash after seen that it has good reviews. We choose #2 for $17. First problem was the lowering arm wasn't even going up to let us go. Then we had to wait a couple of min till someone did anything. The car wash was super fast, and the car wasn't even good clean or dried. My honest opinion is that we will not have our car wash here again. Is not worth the money.

Men i have the highest plan on my vehicle and many times they game me the basic plan no soap no wax not nothing and today I had to go around and tell the employee that’s not cool because I’m paying more than 40 monthly to keep my vehicle clean and they many times already giving me the basic plan that cost 26, and so bad they ask me back how do you know it’s the basic plan? I told him I can call the company and explain to them and he was laughing and said ok I will open it for you but anyway pay atención on the service they are providing you every time thanks

Hi, I drive around looking for the best experience of a car wash. Through not only the wash, wash quality, but also customer service. It was my first time going to Tommys Express Car Wash. The was itself I must say is great quality. However, the customer service wasn’t very polite. The women's name was Melissa and she was just very rude and persistent on me just coming back another time to ask about the works wash and not wanting to help me set up at the window. I was asking for more information on the wash itself and she shrugged each products description off instead of breaking down what was what so I can get a better idea. There was no confidence in the product. Then suggested I just get a lower valued wash so she would not have to go out her way to help me set up a membership at the window. I thought it was very rude and very misleading. Although I still got the wash because I want nothing but top quality for my car, I feel I needed to be more attended as a customer with customer needs. I still haven't been able to set up the membership. I think there will just need to be a bit of adjusting at the window.

Avoid. My car came out dirtier than when I went in. I stopped in on a Friday night and every vacuum bay was either occupied or closed and because of this my vehicle dried before I was able to dry it myself so now I have water stains all over but these pictures show you how dirty to expect your car. Guess I'll just stick to mobile detailing and ProntoWash.
